why so long for delivery... over a month. Ridiculous

I ordered my goods on the 27th of November 2020 and i am still waiting for my parcel. It is a Christmas gift for the 25th. That is already 15 working days. you guys need to up your game. There is too much competition out there to have such a slack delivery service. I ordered other things from companies in JHB being in Cape Town and it arrived within 3 days. I wont order form you again after this. it is not worth it. I am sure you are losing clients hand over fist.
