Waiting for my order

It has been a month placing an order with One Deal A day without response. I called the number *** found on the website, I was told they cannot help me without the tracking number that I should receive from One Deal A day since they do not deal with request. Someone gave me Number *** not working. I sent an email with proof of payment to *** and *** but no feedback.
