Very Unhappy, more disappointed

I bought a mirror on 26 August. Two weeks after that I followed up just to be told they cannot send the mirror as the locker is too small. Never did they mention anything about locker space on the delivery part. I have been sending messages back and forth with just promises the team will get back to me. I asked for a refund instead and the same story - the team will get back to me. It is not my first time ordering from them but it is the first time I received this poor service. I just want my refund and not even the emails are being answered. Communication is very poor. No customer service at all. I have been a client since 2022 and always happy. This time I am very disappointed.
