Very Poor communication & Extremely Poor support for defective products supp****.

One Deal A Day has supp**** me with a defective Ceiling Fan on order#629852, received on 21st October 2022. Installation was done by 12th November 2022 & by 13th November 2022 I reported the defective product to them. Since then approximately 18 messages were forwarded to them for assistance and/or resolution. They have failed dismally to rectify the problem or even provide a way forward. They not been cooperative by their failure to respond to me and otherwise, their failure to honor their word. I am left feeling that they don't care about customer support after they have been paid.
