Very Frustrated Client

Purchased products on 06/01/2026. Order placed but no movement from that point, Been in contact via email and WhatsApp as they don't give telephone number. Have been contacted yes but nothing resolved as i am not even sure what the issue is or whether there is one. Turn around time of x3 weeks exceeded. Very disappointed with their customer service and still waiting order that i placed. Will have to rethink buying through this platform
