Very dissatisfied – unacceptable service and possible theft

I am extremely dissatisfied with One Deal A Day. I ordered an air cooler, only to discover that the item I received was broken/defective stock.

Since mid-December, I have repeatedly requested that they arrange to collect the faulty item, and to date nothing has been done. There has been no response whatsoever to my emails, and my calls and WhatsApp messages are being ignored.

At this point, it feels like they have taken my money with no intention of resolving the issue or collecting the defective product. This level of service is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I would not recommend dealing with this company until they take accountability and resolve outstanding issues with their customers.
