Very Disappointing.....

I ordered my product and received it on the 12th December 22. On the 13th December I emailed/texted to inform them that my lights were faulty. I have sent about 20 texts (as there is no email or phone contact) and still have not had any resolution on my product. I would not use these people again due to the fact they they do not respond to text and I am still waiting for my pick up/replacement product. POOR SERVICE!!!
