Useless service

<div>I ordered some bags in December. It is now March, and they have still not arrived. I have been sending WAs to their number weekly. Initially I at least got a reply (but no action), now I don't even get a reply. I should point out that their service has been great in the past, it’s just this one failure that is irritating me.</div>
