Useless products and customer service

These guys offer great deals, unfortunately their product quality is total garbage. and their customer service is even worse. I have been trying to return a damaged product for 2 weeks. they appear to have one mobile phone manned by one person that manages all of this, and that person never bothers to answer calls or messages.

Stay away from these people, its an unnecessary stress !
