Useless or dishonest - 1 month & no customer satisfaction.

Purchased & received a pair of true Wireless Earbuds. They don't work & I communicated with One Deal A Day via their What's App number within days of receiving the product to advise them of the problem. I received a response telling me that the issue would be communicated to the correct department. After 2 weeks after having heard not a word from them I made contact again - with the same response. A further 2 weeks have passed & still nothing from the seller. These people are either useless or a ****** - my advice is to not deal with such a dishonest business. I certainl;y won't be buying from One Deal A Day again.
