USELESS

I have now waited in vain coming up for the 3rd day tomorrow 03 March. I have paid for my goods which it seems are never going to arrive. According to Fastway Couriers, they have not delivered my parcel because "Unable to locate Consignee". I have previously ordered from One Deal A Day and have ALWAYS given my full shipping address as well as instructions that the Courier must phone me when they get to the gate. No phone call. No delivery. If the Courier is to be believed, One Deal A Day did not put my address on the parcel - only my phone number????? What Next????? I will NEVER order from them again.
