Unusable product

I am absolutely appalled at their customer service. I ordered a “ shoe cupboard with mirror”. No where at all in the advert did it say it had to be attached to a wall by bolts! I purchased what I thought was a free standing unit. The mirror door is so heavy that the unit cannot support itself at all. False advertising. Further , the final step ( of a 2 hour assembly with vague instructions supp****) is the catches that hold the mirror door closed, well my one catch was faulty, missing a piece so the door cannot close. Faulty unusable product, replacement part needed.

I have sent numerous queries and emails ( more than 10), I was asked to supply pictures which I did, I was then told I had to send the unit back in its original packaging, as it came, and at my own cost. I pointed out that this is impossible because a lot of the assembly required nails which are hammered in and cannot be taken out once hammered in.

I have heard absolutely nothing back, despite my numerous attempts. So I have this huge cabinet, lying upside down To keep the door closed, on my bedroom floor which I am tripping over.i cannot use it ( a) because the door cannot close due to faulty catch and is so heavy it swings and stays open, and ( b) because it needs to be bolted to a wall and is not free standing as advertised. AND they just ignore you!!!!
