Unsatisfied customer. Is this a ****

I have purchased from them several times and never had a problem. Even was done within days and with update happenings. Now on the 17th of Feb I have done a purchase and no one even the consultant has gotten back to me nor have I received and email with my invoice. My past several purchases invoices was sent to me by the 2nd or 3rd day depending on the weekends. Today is the 27th and still no invoice. I have contact the consultant who i purchased from and only response was I will get admin to contact you. I feel this time I have been ****med. There is no contact number or call center for complaint as everything is via WhatsApp.
