Unprofessional service

I made my first purchase and ordered a potato chipper. Waited a while and finally got delivery on 27 November. I tried using the item the very next day and to my disappointment, it broke at my first attempt. I emailed *** several times. I want a refund. Nobody had responded. There is no number to call, just an email address. I would definitely not purchase from them again.
