Unprofessional and poor service

I dont their reviews on your sight. I've ordered an Aquaflow water dispenser on the 6th October are still waiting for it. All hear it's in process, now it's in process to you. From Wednesday to Monday? It's in process to you? ONEDAYADEAL service stinks and they are unprofessional. They don't even answer my email. Both customer service and the payment department. I will never buy from them again. Their consultants on whatsapp are unprofessional.
