Unhappy with after service

Good day

Ive placed an order for 7 Air coolers, I did receive the orders but two of the aircoolers were damaged... Ive tried to contact them and did send three emails but no one has come back to me yet.. I need a refund or they have to replace two of the coolers. Order nr #173863
