Unhappy Customer on Returns

Their delivery service is excellent, but when you want to return something it is another story, My daughter bought and air fryer from them with my recommendation as I never had a bad experience before. She was not happy with the functions and want a refund. She emailed and sent a whatsapp and only after a week they rep****. You have to return the item via courier at your cost and is not refundable. What if the courier cost is more than the item you purchased, this is ridiculous as you already paid for delivery????
