Unhappy customer

Very bad service!!! Dishonest *******!!! I ordered merchandise from them but the product arrived damaged and out of shape. I have contacted the through emails, messages and photos of the damaged item, with my fully paid invoice as well but have heard absolutely nothing from them. I placed the order on the 3rd of April and it is already the 23rd but still nothing from them. I will never ever order anything from them again.
