Unhappy

Last year I ordered a solar fountain and then it was said they were mistaken with the stock and now we will receive it end of January. I followed up and yesterday it was told they still waiting for shipment. So I guess the end of January was a LIE! This was a Christmas present for someone! When they reply they make it feel like they would rather give our money back. I need someone from a higher lever to communicate with me and tell me whats going on and when can I expect my deliver.
