UNACCEPTABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

I placed an order on 22 Jan 2026 and received my item on 9 Feb 2026. On the 10th Feb, I sent an email to the admin address advising that I would like to return the item as I am not happy with it. I have not had an acknowledgement of my email since. I have sent 3 emails and 4 whatsapp messages. NO RESPONSE. I need to get this matter sorted as soon as possible as I do not want this delay to cause further issues. Safe to say I will not be buying from them in future again. The after sales service is SHOCKING and UNACCEPTABLE.

I am forced to give one star, however I feel they do not even deserve than one star.
