To slow to deliver

Normally they respond but this time on an order all I get is an auto response They ask you to contact them by what’s app you get another auto response and it’s been 3 working days that I just can’t get anyone to reply a query about an order no 697762 ordered n paid for on the 18 th April 2023 This is ridiculous cause my other order after this is being processed though no tracking yet Time to cut ties with this company
