To avoid One deal a day One Star – Absolute Disaster! This is the WORST online shopping experience ever! I placed an order on January 8th. It’s now February 13th, and I STILL haven’t received it. On February 8th, I got a random message from "Customer Care" on WhatsApp, but since then—total silence. I’ve messaged them repeatedly, and they refuse to respond or give me a straight answer. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers! Avoid this platform at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time and money.
