This shocking service from Onedealaday

Bought items on the 3 December 2021. Parcel arrived (order number 503357) but the one item a Self Wringing mop with bucket was received with missing attachments. As there is no phone number to dial to in order to speak to someone you can only send an email to "***. I have sent email from the 7, 9, 13, 15, 20, 29 December 2021 and today the 3/01/2022.

No response ever received to any email.s, yet they claim to respond within 48 hours - not true/?????
