They take your money and under deliver

I placed an order on 4th December 2020. One of their emails stated that an order placed by a certain date will be delivered before Christmas. Their email even confirmed that my order will take 10 working days. Today is the 23/12/2020 and no delivery. I phoned their courier and said that delivery will only happen next week as the parcel along with others was only sent to them yesterday. I didnt receive any notification of a delay whatsoever as I could have made other arrangements. They committed to a date, they got my money and left me hanging. I will never ever use them again. They take on too much and under deliver. Completely and utterly disgusted!!!
