They should have named their company one rip-of a day!!!

Firstly I receive a miniature version of what was advertised. Then I find that it is the wrong color. To add insult to injury, the product is defective! I send an e-mail requesting to return the item for a refund - No response. There are no contact numbers listed for this company either I send messages via their website every other day inquiring about the situation - No response to date!!
