They sell defected products.

I bought a Airfryer from these people which is a piece of ****, form day one the plastic cover melted its making the strangest sounds. Its been a month now and Im still waiting for them to give me a refund. They do not know how they want to communicate with anybody, just keep on saying send a watsapp then send a mail then you do this and nothing happens.
