THEY NEVER RESPOND TO COMPLAINS EXCEPT BOMBERING YOU WITH WHATTSUP NO'S THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND TO

This is one strange business. First of, they do not have an email where you can complain when there is something wrong with the product you bought from them, everything is done on Whattsupp and what worse is that, they do not have a straight number for when you need to complain. They keep bombering you with different numbers and it takes weeks and weeks of waiting for response and none comes. I seriously hate this store and i regret even buying from them.
