Theft - No delivery of goods paid for & Poor Service.

Purchase a Portable Power Mini UPS INV-155413 on the 18th of November 2019. No delivery & sent emails to admin but no reply. In total, I have sent close to 40 emails and not 1 reply. They have my money but I have no goods. This is theft. Ths company is a **** and I will be taking steps against them. I would never recommend anyone use this company. If no reply from this complaint next step is the police station to report them for theft and *****.
