Thank you to Sameerah and Smita for personal assistance

I started today with the intention of complaining about One Deal A Day, due to the following: I purchased 20 airoma humidifiers, the advert stated that random colors would be sent, I was happy with that, because there was a variety of 5 colors. To my disappointment, I got 4 of one color and 16 of one other color. I contacted One Deal A Day via mail on 28th June 2021 and the only response I got was on 01st July 2021, advising that they would check with dispatch and revert. I got nothing further, even after following up on the mail. Today I was about to post a message explaining my dissatisfaction, when I managed to get a number to send a Whatsapp message to. Smita, put me in contact with Sameerah, who assisted me via telephone call. Although I may not be able to get the range of colors for the airoma humidifiers - I was able to speak to someone who explained to me in a very nice manner why this was so and I understand the reason why. It does make a difference to ones continued support when there is someone you are able to talk to and one is not just ignored. Thank you Smita and Sameerah, my conversation with you has certainly encouraged me to continue supporting One Deal A Day.
