Terrible Service :( I will NOT buy from them again.

I purchased a digital building blocks watch on 7/11/2019 and on 4/12/2019 I get an email informing I will be refunded as their accounts cancelled my order due to the supplier not having stock. This is 3 days shy of a month later from paying for my purchase which is supposed to take 10 days. This was to be a Christmas gift for my son who loves lego. They have said I should buy a GPS watch instead which is more expensive and it's NOT the"lego" watch that he wants. I am extremely disappointed in the terrible customer service or lack there of. Their emails replies are when they feel like it, so you may have to send the same mail more than once in order to get a reply. And it probably wouldn't be a helpful reply or what you should be hearing from them. I was warned not to buy from One Deal A Day, but I really didn't think their service would be this shocking. I now have to disappoint my 6 year old son due to their delayed communication and poor service, how do you only know a month later that your supplier has no stock?????????. Lets see how long they take to refund my money back after taking it so quickly. Seriously Not Impressed! I gave 1 star rating cos it won't allow me to give 0 stars.
