TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ONE DEAL A DAY

I am not happy with the service i have been receiving from One deal A Day. I ordered items on the 1st of February, i have been following up and today i found out that one of the items is not available, I have asked them why they cant deliver the other items, the operator on the nr *** informed me that i only paid for one delivery. So i have to choose either they cancel the item that is not there or i must wait. When i ordered that item it was in stock, due to their delay now i must loose out on that product. i have whatsapped all the nrs they have given me, i emailed them as well as the company called Red Chilli Deals with no response from anyone. NO one called to say sorry for the delay. Operator *** told me, he / she did just apologised. WHO CAN I SPEAK TO. They are clever they dont have a any person available that you can chat to as i am so so upset for the delay and i am not even getting customer service from them at all, The least they could do was say they will send the other items in the mean while and due to their mistake they will carry the cost of delivery for the other item as the error is on their side. When you whatsapp them and they dont want to respond, they just dont. I think this so unfair as no service is being provided. One star is still to much to give them.
