Terrible service

I am very disappointed, previously bought from them with no problem. I ordered a desk last month and they advised that there will be a slight delay. No further communication, when I followed up they said they are having difficulties and then I asked for a refund. They don't respond unless you chase them and I'm still waiting even though they read your messages.
