Terrible Service

I recently bought 2 devices from the online store. i opened 1 device to try - but was unhappy with it. i immediately sent an email asking about how do i return the items. and being a considerate customer - because i opened the 1 device - i advised out of hygiene purposes, i will keep the one i opened. I have been constantly emailing them and getting replies after 4 days at a time. and no refund or mention of a refund as yet.
