Terrible service

Long story short - I ordered some items in March, went on lockdown, had to change my postal address. Loads of emails later.... Items arrived 3 weeks later broken. Complained and was ignored for a month. Only once I contacted the company on Facebook did they bother. Fast forward another month, and my replacement package is almost delivered to the wrong address. More emails and phone calls. I received my package. Finally. I will NEVER order from this company again. Promises and lies. They have NO idea what customer service is. They are sweet enough when you speak to them. Making promises, and then just ignoring you for as long as they can do. I did get my package - thank you Clementine. Again, I will however NEVER order anything from this company again. I am very disappointed.
