Terrible service

I placed an order at the beginning of November, received an order number and further no response. Wrote e-mails and no response. They send me every day specials per e-mail, but nothing about my order, which has been paid. Conveniently there is no phone number available on their web site. I believe I am ****med and will never make use of them again.
