Terrible experience

I placed an order on 07Jan2025, and to this day, I have not received my items. Despite multiple follow-up WhatsApp messages, I have received no assistance from the company. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating to experience such poor customer service. At this point, I’m left wondering if this is a ****. I would not recommend ordering from this One Deal A Day unless you're willing to risk losing your money. Terrible experience overall!
