Terrible Customer service - No Help at all

purchasing from this platform is quick and easy but requesting assistance with faulty products. their customer service is pathetic.

they make empty promises and they have just been ignoring me. I have asked other company contacts from their company to assist and its just been a nightmare.

Im not a happy client and they just dont care.
