Terrible customer service

Buying from them is such a hassle free process, but you better pray that you don't get faulty items because their after sales unit is basically non-existent. Terrible, terrible customer service. They don't respond to queries, and when they decide to after you pester them, they don't keep the conversation on until the issue is resolved, they just leave you hanging without a care in the world. I've never experienced such before it's appalling.
