Hi - a special mention to Faieza Mohamed (Fay) for the exceptional service provided on Thursday (27th February 2020) I purchased two of the same item accidentally and requested a refund on the most expensive one. In not time there was an email response with timelines as to when the reversal would be processed which was supposed to be 5 working days. To my surprise the funds were already reflecting in my bank account on Saturday morning the 29th February. If this is not phenomenal service then I don't know what is. Thank you Fay and thank you to your super fast accounts team. I was not expecting to be refunded so quickly.
