Taking payments then ignoring the customer.

When you become a regular customer the service gets worse. It takes months for them to issue you a refund. I’ve previously bought a mini cctv camera. It didn’t work and they took 3 months to refund me. The 2nd instance is when they sold “adult floats” but when it arrived it was a float for a baby (not a toddler a BABY) took them months to refund me as well. My messages would be ignored for weeks until I threatened to take it to social media. Once again I went against my gut and ordered something last week. The confirmation of what I wanted to order, delivery details and link for payment was sent fairly quickly. Once I provided my proof of payment I received no confirmation of my order. My messages have been ignored since. Calls go answered. Yet they are actively posting daily deals. This company should be SHUT DOWN. They consistently **** people by selling items that don’t work or posting one item and sending another. I honestly am considering taking legal action.
