In the past, product and service has been great from this organisation. That changed abruptly though. There is no commitment to their query response time and no sense of time in general. The inability to understand and construct tangible sentences is also evident. A month since I raised a query on a defective product and over a week since finally getting a proper response and requesting a refund, there is silence again. Deal with them at your own peril, quick to take your money and slow/retarded to respond on a problem. Possibly true to the namesake and only attending to just One deal a day.
