Super poor service, infinite Delivery date on order #818904

I placed an Order (#818904) on 27 May 2024 and the order status on their site still says packing (today is 20 June 2024). I placed the order with the hope of taking/using the items for a trip out of the province on 14 June 2024. I contacted them via their WhatsApp ***) on 13 June 2023 and they said the matter has been escalated but there's been no response ever since even though they promised to get back to me. As a former customer (will never use them again) I'm now not even sure if they'll ever deliver my order
