Success breeds arrogance and contempt

I have bought from one deal a day and red chillie deals(same place in essence) for years and years and watched them grow and in all that time their service has been acceptable to good but of late it appears that they have reached a stage where they actually think that they are doing customers a favour by selling them something and that they are in demand with sought after products that people really want regardless of the service given. They are not interested in entertaining a customer's request regardless and just shift you from pillar to post between email addresses that are advertised on the site and whatsapp numbers and then back again and when you eventually get told to email red chillie deals you get a response after emailing them that your request will be dealt with in a day or two when you order is already two days late and then you wait another two days. LESSON LEARNT.. Obvious Success breeds comtempt and arrogance and eventually this organisation will be brought back to ground again by the public who spend their hard earned cash on the products and gimmics on offer..IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME.
