Substandard products and non existent customer service

Ordered 2 Solar power banks , delivery was prompt but on delivery 1 of the banks was swollen, charged once and stopped working, the second one was used 3 times and same happened. Contacted them on Whatsapp-no response, email-no response, FB after writing a bad review my comment was deleted and all I got was empty promices to contact me. All information they asked for was provided. Lies and substandard products😡😡😡
