Struggling to get Refund
Ordered a table online. Had to spam One Deal A Day to get feedback on delivery only to be told - 'Sorry out of stock.' Refund promised in 7-10 Working days. Currently on working day 22 - no refund, no communication, no feedback. Numerous attempts to email or Whatsapp. No other contact details available.

Courier fees was not refunded, which does not make sense as nothing was couriered - but just not worth more of a fight and more of my time. Situation resolved.
