Still awaiting package
I ordered a no contact digital thermometer via WhatsApp and paid for it on 19 July 2021. To this day I haven't received any shipping details and when I email all I get is a sorry they have a backlog on orders. This is now getting ridiculous. Where is my thermometer? Order number 434018. I sincerely hope that I will be receiving something extra for this ridiculously long wait with no response! The delivery time was 5-10 days.
