STAY FAR AWAY FROM ONE DEAL A DAY - JUST PROMISES NO DELIVERIES!!!

On the 2nd of August, I placed an order (order n.o 440385) to the value of R417.

Three weeks have passed and I still haven't received any update regarding the progress of my order. Normally it does take unusually long buying things through them compared to the more well-established online shopping services such as Takealot, Amazon, and EveryShop. However, this unfortunate occasion has really taken such an obscene amount of time. Just look at the other reviews here to confirm the frustration that many others like me are experiencing. And the worst part of it all is that they don't have the decency to follow up with any of our queries or concerns. One Deal A Day doesn't even have a Call Center number fr direct call support and will only allow correspondence via email or through their Facebook page. An honest, transparent, and ethical business practice does not operate under such shady circumstances!

After numerous attempts sending emails and on their Facebook page, they still haven't gotten back to me. Any business that treats customers with such disdain and utter disregard is fated to collapse.

One thing I can guarantee is that I will never do business through them ever again! Taking your customers for granted will surely backfire against you!
