Stay away from One Deal A Day - no refund no delivery

I have ordered a smart battery charger and aroma humidifier on 26 May 2023. Never received them, when i enquire about a refund no-one replies including the admin number that was given to me to assist. If you want peace of mind stay away from this One deal a day, they are only friendly and reply when you order and they dont care whether you receive your order or not. After sales is on your own, even now still waiting for a refund. No-one attend to me, I am even taken from whatsapp statuses. This is a no-go area, very unproffesional,
