Stay away from One Deal A Day

Bought an EMS Foot Massager and on opening the device did not power up, I left on charge for a few hours and still nothing, I sent an email to which I got a response saying I need to whatsapp *** which i did, I got an auto response and I followed the instructions, and sent pics of the items on the 26th April..

I got this response today from them (Good day , kindly see link on our advert below as it stated that due to hygienic issues this item is non-returnable.)

Now One Deal A Day - I do understand the hygienic part, but you were informed on the day of delivery that this item does not work, so much for having all items tested??? This is not the first item i received that was not in a working order!!!

This is really pathetic to say the least!
