Worst place to buy from!!!!! Stay clear!!!!!

Bought a defective powerbank for R200

Shipping was another R100 added, now they want me to ship it back to them on my own costs which is ANOTHER R100 for shipping. That in total is the same amount i paid for the broken item so what even would be the point of sending it back.

They told me the courier costs is non refundable
